There are two different things here, and we keep them apart.

The documents that belong to you — passport, ITR, bank statements, employer or salary letters, property and business papers — must be genuine and must come from you. We do not create, alter or arrange any of them, and we will not take on a file that asks us to. What we do is guide you: we tell you which of these your case actually needs, and where you are missing one, we explain how to obtain it through the proper channel. That guidance is the real work — getting the right genuine documents in place is what strengthens an application. We will never point you toward anything that is not legitimate.

The application itself we do prepare for you: the cover letter, the travel plan, hotel bookings where there is no sponsor, a travel budget, a transaction explanation sheet setting out the movement of funds in your account, and more depending on the case. These present your real circumstances clearly to the visa officer. They do not change a single underlying fact.

Fewer than you may expect. We work to a set list of the documents that genuinely carry weight for your destination and your profile, and we deliberately leave the rest out. Padding a file with paperwork that proves nothing does not help you — it buries the points that do matter and makes the officer hunt for them. We want a crystal-clear application, so everything in it is there for a reason. You get that checklist in writing on day one, built for your case rather than handed to everyone.

Our part takes about two weeks, counted from the day we have every document from your side. After that the clock belongs to the consulate, not to us. Every country runs its own processing time and each embassy publishes its current one, so you can check the real figure online for your destination. Those times move with the season, which is why we will not quote you a number we cannot stand behind.

Often, yes — but only after we read the actual refusal letter. Most refusals come down to weak financial documentation, an unclear travel purpose, or thin ties to India. We work out which applied to you and advise on what the next application has to address. If refiling now would simply fail again, we will tell you to wait.

No — and neither can anyone else. The decision belongs to the visa officer, and any consultant promising a guaranteed approval is not telling you the truth. What we control is the quality of your preparation, and that is what we hold ourselves accountable for.

Fees depend on the destination and the complexity of the file, and are always separate from the embassy’s own visa fee. You get the full number in writing before any work starts, and it does not change later.
